Stores in Charlotte NC Airport
Even though this airport is constantly busy and is always catering to tens of millions of visitors, it only has one terminal at which all of the passengers gather.
This unique layout of having only one main terminal serves to simplify passengers’ journeys through the airport, especially by minimizing the time spent traveling all throughout the airport and from one point to the next. Inter-terminal transportation is also not needed.
This is a great opportunity for the shoppers because this means that all of the Charlotte Airport stores are under one roof.
This terminal is, however, subdivided into concourses, or zones. There are five zones in total, with a central zone connecting them together. The central zone is also called the Atrium, and it is a glass-enclosed area with many entertainment options.
The following is a list of all of the stores that can be found at the airport, divided based on the zone in which they are located. Dividing the stores in this manner makes it easier for people to plan their trips and understand what they will expect upon arrival.
The central zone:
- Heritage Booksellers
- Queen City News and Gifts
Zone A:
- Charlotte News and Gifts
- TripAdvisor
Zone B:
- New South Travelmart
- CNBC News
Zone C:
- InMotion Entertainment
- The Scoreboard
Zone D:
- 3Sixty Duty Free
- M.A.C
Zone E:
- Uptown Exchange
- Kiehl’s
It is important to note that although these shops are located in different zones, they are all still within walking distance from one another. The zones are all connected, and it takes a simple and quick walk to get from one area to the next.
